一(yī)、大(dà)賽背景

2024“邑路(lù)有(yǒu)禮”“一(yī)帶一(yī)路(lù)國(guó)際創意設計(jì)大(dà)賽由大(dà)邑縣人(rén)民(mín)政府與一(yī)帶一(yī)路(lù)國(guó)際藝術(shù)教育聯盟聯合發起,旨在通(tōng)過舉辦大(dà)賽,創新開(kāi)發大(dà)邑縣特色旅遊景點及特色産品的(de)品牌視(shì)覺形象、文(wén)創産品等,打造•大(dà)邑在地(dì)文(wén)旅品牌形象,進而提升地(dì)域文(wén)旅的(de)整體(tǐ)影(yǐng)響力,同時(shí)助力高(gāo)校(xiào©)人(rén)才培養,為(wèi)大(dà)學生(shēng)拓展創新實踐空(kōng)間(jiān)。本大(dà)賽堅持設計(jì)驅動、創意落地(dì)、文(wén)旅融合、公益創新的(de)原則,結合地(dì)方的(de)生(shēng)态資源、曆史民(mín)俗和(hé)經濟優勢,聚焦文(wén)化(huà)旅遊品牌塑造與傳播,實現(σxiàn)大(dà)邑縣設計(jì)賦能(néng)與高(gāo)校(xiào)設計(jì)學科(kē)專業(yè)發展的(de)深度合作。

 

    I. Background

        2024 “Dayi’s Souvenir for You ” “Belt and Road” International Design Competition is jointly initiat™ed by the People's Government of Dayi County and the "Belt and RoaΩd" International Art Education Alliance, aiming at the innovative development of brand ←visual images and cultural and creative products of Dayi County's special tourist attra₽ctions and special products through the organisation of the Competi$tion, so as to create the brand image of Dayi's local culture and tourism and en"hance the overall influence of the regional culture and tourism. Moreoβver, the competition will contribute to student cul©tivation among colleges and universities, and augment the opportunities of €innovation and        &®nbsp;practice for college students. The competition adheres to the principles of &quo♠t;design-driven, focusing on creativity, cultural and t¥ourism integration, public welfare innovation"±;, combines local ecological resources, history and folklore and e>conomic advantages, focuses on cultural and tourism b≈rand shaping and dissemination, and realises the in-depth cooperation between Dayi County&÷#39;s design empowerment and the development of design disciplines in colleg♥es and universities.

三、賽事(shì)安排

時(shí)間(jiān)為(wèi)2024年(nián)6月(yuè)15日(rì)—2024年(nián)10月(yuè)8日(rì),形式為(wèi)全球範圍內(nèi)征集作品。主競賽單元作品征集以邑路(lù)有(yǒu)禮、傳承創新為(wèi)主題,設置兩大(dà)類别。

1.     A類:視(shì)覺傳達設計(jì)類

大(dà)邑境內(nèi)知(zhī)名景區(qū)(西(xī)嶺雪(xuě)山(shān)、5A安仁古鎮、道(dào)教發源地(dì)鶴鳴山(shān)、子(zǐ)龍祠(三國(guó)文(wén)化('huà))、民(mín)國(guó)文(wén)化(huà)等、中國(guó)非物(wù)質文(wén)化(huà)遺産等)主題海(hǎi)報(bào)設計(jìφ)、招貼設計(jì)、标志(zhì)設計(jì)、UI設計(jì)、VI系統設計(jì)、書(shū)籍裝幀設計(jì)、包裝設計(jì)、數(shù)字繪畫(huà)、字體(tǐ)設計(↔jì)、插畫(huà)設計(jì)等

2.    B類:文(wén)創産品設計(jì)類

大(dà)邑元素為(wèi)主題的(de)文(wén)化(huà)創意産品,包括但(dàn)不(bù)限于:生(shēng)活用(yòng)品、電(diàn)₹子(zǐ)産品、服裝配飾、辦公用(yòng)品、家(jiā)紡軟裝、陶瓷品、家(jiā)居産品及其他(tā)工(gōng)藝美(měi)術(shù)産ε品等,設計(jì)中融入大(dà)邑本地(dì)特色元素。

 

III. Schedule

The competition will be held from 15 June 2024 to 8✔ October 2024, and the format of the competition is a wαorldwide call for entries. The theme of the main competition unit is " Dayi’s Souvenir for You, Inheritance and Innovation&∑quot;, and there are two categories.

        1. Cate↓gory A: Visual Communication Design

Poster design, logo design, UI design, VI system d≈esign, book binding design, packaging design, digital painting, font design, illustration d•esign, etc. for famous scenic spots in Dayi Xiling Snow± Mountain, Anren Ancient Town (5A tourist resort), Heming γMountain (the birthplace of Taoism), Zilong Ancestral Hall (Three Kingdoms culture), Repub✔lican culture, etc.

        2. Ca¶tegory B: Cultural and Creative Product Design

Cultural and creative products themed on Dayi elements, including but noπt limited to: daily necessities, electronic products, clothing accessories, office supplies, ♥home textiles and soft furnishings, ceramics, household products, and ♣other arts and crafts products, etc., with local elements of Dayi incorporate→d into the design.

 

四、參賽對(duì)象

境內(nèi)外(wài)高(gāo)等院校(xiào)本、碩、博在校(xiào)生(shēng);職業(yè)院校(xiào)在校(xiào)≠生(shēng)。藝術(shù)設計(jì)行(xíng)業(yè)相(xiàng)關從(cóng)業(yè)者,專業(yè↑)藝術(shù)設計(jì)機(jī)構、藝術(shù)設計(jì)團體(tǐ)等。

*大(dà)賽對(duì)參賽單位或個(gè)人(rén)的(de)報(bào)名、參評、報(bào)道(dào)宣傳等均不(bù)收取任何費(fèi)用(yòng)。

 

IV. Participants

Undergraduate, master and doctoral students of domestic and↕ foreign colleges and universities; students of vocational colleges and universities. Pr actitioners in the art and design industry, professional art and desi¥gn organisations and art and design groups.

*The competition does not charge any fees for the registration, evaluati←on and publicity of the participating units or individual€s.

 

五、評審流程

       1.初評

評分(fēn)采用(yòng)線上(shàng)評審方式,入圍作品進入複賽。

2.    複評

專家(jiā)線下(xià)評審打分(fēn)排名,角逐等級獎。

3.    終評

評委會(huì)根據複評排名、各獎項名額等,最終評選出金(jīn)、銀(yín)、銅、優秀獎、優秀指導教師(shī)獎等各類獎項。

 

V. Assessment

        1. Preliminary assessment

The finalist entries will be reviewed on-line.

        2. Review

Experts will score and rank the entries offline, and compete for the grade awards.

        3. Final Assessment

The jury will select gold, silver, bronze, excellence awards, ex♠cellent instructor awards and other awards according to the ranking of the review εand the quota of each award.

金(jīn)獎1名,獎金(jīn)20000元,頒發獎杯、證書(shū)

銀(yín)獎2名,獎金(jīn)8000元,頒發獎杯、證書(shū)

優秀獎20名,獎金(jīn)500元,頒發證書(shū)

入圍獎若幹名,優秀指導教師(shī)獎,優秀組織獎,頒發證書(shū)

*所有(yǒu)參賽者及指導教師(shī)均可(kě)獲得(de)大(dà)邑各大(dà)協議(yì)景區(qū)免費(fèi)遊覽門(mén)票(piào)。

 

III. Awards

The 2024 "Yilu Gift" "Belt and Road" International Creative Design Competitio↑n has set up the Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award, Excellence Award and Finalist Award, and ©the awards as well as prizes are set as follows:

One Gold Prize, with a prize of 20,000 CNY, trophy and certificate;

Two silver awards, prize money of 8,000 CNY, issued with trophies and certificates;

Five Bronze Prizes, with a prize of 2,000 CNY, issued with trophy and certificates;

Twenty excellent prizes, prize money of 500 CNY, issued with certificates;

Other participants and excellent instructor will be issued with organisation award, award cer↔tificates.

*All participants and instructors will receive free tic☆kets to visit the major scenic spots in Dayi.

        1.♠  作品以電(diàn)子(zǐ)稿形式提交。

1 A視(shì)覺傳達設計(jì)類:以平面方式提交實物(wù)或模型照(zhào)片、設計(jì)效果圖等13個(gè)展闆。每個(gè)展闆為(wèi)A3版面(寬297mm×高(gāo)420mm),大(dà)小(xiǎo)5M內(nèi),精度高(gāo)于300dpi,以jpg/CMYK格式上(shàng)傳,不(bù)要(yào)以壓縮包格式上(shàng)傳;動态作品: MP4格式,分(fēn)辨率1080*1920,畫(huà)幅:9:16,最多(duō)上(shàng)傳1個(gè)。

2 B文(wén)創産品設計(jì)類:提供設計(jì)展闆13張,請(qǐng)按要(yào)求進行(xíng)排版。內(nèi)容為(wèi)設計(jì)說(shuō)明(míng),作(z₹uò)品效果圖、或照(zhào)片(應體(tǐ)現(xiàn)整體(tǐ)、局部或組合效果)、三視(shì)圖、結構說(shuō)明(míng)圖等,每個(gè$)展闆為(wèi)A3版面(寬297mm×高(gāo)420mm),大(dà)小(xiǎo)5M內(nèi),精度高(gāo)于300dpi,以jpg/CMYK格式上(shàng)傳,不(bù)要(yào)以壓縮包格式上(shàng)傳;動态作品: MP4格式,分(fēn)辨率1080*1920,畫(huà)幅:9:16,最多(duō)上(shàng)傳1個(gè)。

         2.獲得(de)等級獎的(de)作品需提供設計(jì)源文(wén)件(jiàn)、建模源文(wén)件(jiàn)或實物(wù),若不(bù)能(n‍éng)提供,則視(shì)為(wèi)自(zì)動放(fàng)棄。

         3.參展作品需貼合大(dà)賽主題,具有(yǒu)原創性,不(bù)接受AI作品。設計(jì)師(shī)需自(zì)行(xíng)承擔作品涉及的(de)著作權、專利權&等法律問(wèn)題,并保證參展作品不(bù)侵犯第三方的(de)知(zhī)識産權。凡涉及抄襲、借用(yòng)等侵權行(xíng)為(wèi)的(de)×,将被取消參展資格,由此引起的(de)法律糾紛由參展者本人(rén)負完全責任。活動主辦方及合作方不(bù)承擔任何相(xiàng)關連帶法律責任。

         4.參賽作品曾經參加過其他(tā)設計(jì)大(dà)賽并獲獎或為(wèi)第三方設計(jì)産品不(bù)得(de)參賽。如(rú)因此 産生(shēng)的(de)一(yī)切法律糾紛由參賽者自(zì)行(xíng)承擔。

         5.投稿作品不(bù)得(de)違反國(guó)家(jiā)法律法規、不(bù)得(de)違背社會(hu∞ì)主義核心價值觀。

         6.主辦方對(duì)獲獎作品提供獎金(jīn)或獎品并同時(shí)擁有(yǒu)作品版權的(de)使用(yòng)權​,對(duì)入選作品擁有(yǒu)展覽、研究、攝影(yǐng)、錄像、出版及宣傳等權利。

         7.參賽者應認真了(le)解并接受大(dà)賽規則,主辦方對(duì)賽事(shì)規則擁有(yǒu)最終解 釋權。

         8.版面上(shàng)不(bù)允許出現(xiàn)作者姓名、指導教師(shī)姓名、學校(xiào)名稱。

 

VII. Competition Works Requirements

        1. Works to be submitted in electronic form.

(1) A Category - Visual Communication Design:

Submit one to three panels in the form of photos of objects or models, ₽design effects, etc. Each panel is A3 (297mm wide x 420mm high₹), with a size of 5M. Each exhibition board is A3 layout (width 2₽97mm×height 420mm), within 5M in size, with a precision higher than 300dpi,£ uploaded in jpg/CMYK format, and please do NOT upload in compressed zip format; dynami∏c works: MP4 format, resolution 1080*1920, frame: 9:16. Eδach participant can upload maximum 1 file.

(2) B Category - Cultural and Creative Product De≈sign:

Provide 1 to 3 design panels, please layout as requi®red. The content is design description, effect diagram of the wor∏k, or photos (should reflect the overall, partial or combined effect), three-view dia¥grams, structural illustration diagrams, etc., each exhibition board is A3 layout (width 297mm×he€ight 420mm), the size is within 5M, the precision is higher than 30ε0dpi, and uploaded in jpg/CMYK format, don't upload it in compressed packet format; Dynamic wor∞ks: MP4 format, resolution 1080*1920, frame: 9:16. 1920, frame: 9:16. Each participant can upload m✘aximum 1 file.

        2. Works awarded with Grad$e Prizes must provide design source files, modelling source files or reΩal objects; if they cannot, it will be regarded as automat©ic abandonment.

        3. Participating works should fit the theme o✘f the competition and be original, AI works are not accepted. Designers are responsible for the c✔opyright, patent and other legal issues involved in the works, and ensure that the exhibited wo±rks do not infringe the intellectual property righ♦ts of third parties. Any infringement involving plagiarism,  borrowing, etc. will be disqualified from the exhibition, and the exhibitors themselves will be f←ully responsible for any legal disputes arising therefrom. The event o↓rganiser and its partners shall not be held liable for any legal responΩsibility arising therefrom.

        4. Entries that have won prizes in other design± competitions or have been designed by a third party are not eligible for entry. Any legal dispute"s arising from this are the sole responsibility of the entrant.

        5. The entries shall  not violate national laws and regulations or socialist core values.

        6. The organis>ers shall provide prizes or awards for the winning entries and also have← the right to use the copyright of the entries, and have the right to exhibit, r↓esearch, photograph, video, publish and publicise the selected entries.

        7. Participa↕nts should understand and accept the rules of the competition,₽ and the organiser has the final right to interpret the rules of the competition.σ

8. The author's name, instructor's name and school name are not≤ allowed to appear on the page.

以全國(guó)設計(jì)類知(zhī)名高(gāo)校(xiào)及國(guó)內(nèi)行(xíng)業(yè₩)協會(huì)為(wèi)宣傳目标,廣泛動員(yuán)優秀參賽者提供參賽作品。國(guó)際宣傳推介活動:通(tōng)過一(yī)帶一(yī)路(lù)教育聯盟與國(guó)際知(zhī)名設計(jì)院校(xiào)對(duì)接合作,擴大(dà)國(guó)際參賽者隊伍,征集更多(duō)國(guó)際參賽作品。

大(dà)賽遵循公開(kāi)、公平和(hé)公正的(de)原則,對(duì)參賽作品進行(xíng)初評,複評及終評。

公示

決賽獲獎作品将在大(dà)賽指定官網平台公示,如(rú)發現(xiàn)侵權作品,經核實由大(dà)賽σ組委會(huì)取消其參賽資格和(hé)比賽成績。

International publicity and promotion a£ctivities: through the "One Belt, One Road" Education All↕iance and internationally renowned design colleges and universities to expand the number ✔of international participants and collect more international entries.

Registration and Uploading: 15 June 2024 to 8 October 2024

Participants will register via the internet and complete the uploa ding of their entries on the platform.

        2. $Phase 2: (Results Transformation Phase) Judging, Awarding and Res☆ults Transformation.

Judging of the competition: 8 October - 31 October 2024

The competition follows the principles of openness, fairness →and impartiality, and conducts preliminary, re-evaluation and final evaluation of the e ntries.

Public Announcement

The winning entries of the final competition will be announced on the off★icial website of the competition, and any infringing entries will be cancelled by the← organising committee of the competition upon verification of their eligibility and re sults.
